FAQs on Ordering
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST (goods and services tax). Export orders are Tax Free. All items listed are CDs unless noted as DVD, Video, Book or Songbook. We endeavour to send a confimation of your order within one working day, but rely on you entering a correct email address to do so.
Ordering Without a Credit Card
If you do not wish to transmit your credit card details on the Internet, you can mail or phone your order to us.
Export Orders (to outside Australia)
For Export Orders, our GST tax, equivalent to 1/11th of the price displayed, is automatically deducted as you proceed to the order confirmation page.
Most DVDs that we have for sale are in the PAL format, the format used in Australasia, most of Europe and the UK and are multi-regional and will play around the globe.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
Once your order has been processed and sent out, obviously we are unable to change it. We may, however, make any alterations you wish, if it has not been dispatched. Just email us or phone us as above.
If at any time, you wish to dispute any transaction with the Country Music Store, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any problems in a fair, thorough and timely manner. Email us or contact us by mail, or phone, our details on our Contact page.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange its return.
