DVD Formats

Most DVDs that we have for sale are coded as "All Regions" or "0 Region" and will play around the globe, including the US and Europe. Some may be "Region 4" only (Austrlia and NZ) and are marked as such on their details page. 

If you live in the US or Canada where the NTSC format is the standard rather than PAL, your TV monitor possibly may not play these DVDs. However most newer DVD machines do play both PAL and NTSC formats (dual system) automatiaccly converting to the correct system for your country and many new DVD players are suitable if marked in your instruction manual as a "multi-regional player" but it is always worth checking your instruction manual or with the manufacturer.
